The app allows users to enjoy their meditative headspaces and get in the mood for the day. It has a very positive effect on the mind of the clients to spend some time working with the headspace application and they find their lives to be better off. You are not doing much more than thinking about work anyway, so spending a few minutes meditating might make the day a little better.
