One thing smartphones seem to lack is the brainpower to follow voice-operated commands. Thanks to the developers over at
Nuance Communications,
Dragon Go! might solve that problem. Unlike a lot of voice-command software on the market, Dragon Go! doesn’t require you to speak fluent robot. The app is a capable of picking up on normal phrasing, so you can be sure that your search for “local Indian restaurants” doesn’t produce questionable results. Dragon Go! will not only pull direct search results, but also accompanying reviews, ratings, and news.
The most recent version of Dragon Go! features support for Spotify and Netflix, along with increased support for Yelp. In addition, Nuance has fixed a lot of the pesky bugs that haunted earlier versions of the app. Hands-free is the way to be, and Dragon Go! is a great app for anyone that wants to avoid typing into their smartphone while driving.
Nuance has made great strides in voice-command software. They’re also the developers behind
Dragon Dictation, an app that allows you to create notes and documents via verbal command.
