Would you like to be hooked on an app? Then this is the thing.
Yes, there are many "farm apps" out there, but rarely any as nicely designed and thoroughly thought through as Hay Day. The plot of the game is to keep and grow a farm. Sounds simple? Well, sometimes it's not!
You start the game with a house, a barn and a silo, and you go from there. The game allows you to buy new buildings, crops, animals, and to set up a nice surrounding. It gives you a perfect combination between using your brain and calculating profits, and relaxing it fully while making it look pretty.
Hay Day also uses virtual currency: Coins and Diamonds. The latter are the most valuable, as they are hard to get and easy to spend. You can choose between being a free gamer who never pays for goods in this game, but it might give you a serious disadvantage when compared to others. You will need far more patience and, oh well, time, to achieve the necessary milestones.
On top of all, Hay Day is also a social game. It covers many aspects, from helping other farmers achieve their goals and complete tasks, to helping your (real) friends, by connecting through your social networks.
