The easiest way for me to sum up Fitlist is to include an excerpt from the iTunes description page, which reads as follows:
“Fitlist was designed to be used while you’re exercising. We made it as easy as possible to add, track and complete exercises with as little effort as possible all during a workout - even while wearing an armband. If we made it any easier, we'd be exercising for you. No more wadded up paper and pencils, no more forgetting workouts.”
This wokout plan app definitely seems like a great concept, and I’m very impressed with what I’ve seen so far, so let’s take a closer look and see how well the developer has managed to deliver on their promises. Check out our list of crossfit apps for other great options.

Once you start your workout, you can log each aspect of your workout with a single tap, even while wearing an armband. Whether you’re running, jumping, swimming, or lifting, you can easily log your performances to make sure you aim to do better next time.
