Introduction
Imagine what would happen if you stuck a bunch of cats inside a piano! Before any of you call PETA, don’t worry: no animals were harmed during the development of this app. In fact, I doubt any cats were involved at all so sit back and enjoy the mewsic!
The Best Piano Tuner Apps for iPadSometimes I come across an app that I have to review and I start wondering to myself how on earth I’m going to pull a few hundred words out of the hat when the app's functionality could probably be summed up in a single sentence.
Never fear! With the power of Cat Piano Free at my fingertips I’m sure there will be plenty to say about this mewsical instrument!
The Cat's Out of the Bag
The cat is well and truly out of the bag, as you’ll soon find out when you use this very amusing app.
The best iPhone and iPad apps for pet ownersYou’ll have to excuse me if I put an excessive amount of kitty-related puns in this review but it’s very hard to remain serious when you’ve got an iPhone meowing at you. I’ll no doubt have all of the toms from the local neighborhood skulking around my back door soon enough!
Given that this is the free version of Cat Piano, you’ll only have access to three different cat sounds, known as Angelic Meow which is far from angelic, Furball which sounds like one seriously distressed kitty cat, and House Cat which sounds like he’s had a little too much catnip for his own good.
Mewnlight Sonata
If I had to find a negative point about this app, it would be that the cat sound samples have just a tad too much reverb on them. This causes the sounds to sort of smudge together when you press too many keys at once, or in short succession.
Best iphone and ipad appsThis is, of course, a very minor complaint which hardly detracts from the enjoyment of Cat Piano Free so don’t worry guys, I’m not going to mark it down but I thought it warranted mentioning.
All I can really say is that this is a must-have app. I don’t care if you’re a cat person or a dog person, Cat Piano Free is heaps of fun and if you can play with it for a minute or longer without at least grinning a little, you probably need a sense of humor transplant!
Pros and Cons

- There is nothing negative to say about this app
Final Words
My neighbors probably think I’ve turned into a crazy cat guy, what with all the meowing that has been going on over the last 20 minutes or so.
I guess I should limit my use of Cat Piano Free lest I start worrying my friends and family, but what can I say, I think it’s hilarious!
This is a very funny app which definitely receives a strong recommendation from me.
