If you fancy yourself as being a dab hand at problem solving and pattern recognition then you’re going to have an absolute field day with this tip tap game got iPhone.
The best puzzle apps for iPhone 2021
This board game app requires that you flip and rotate squares in order to match up classic tic tac toe patterns across hundreds of engaging and thoroughly addictive levels.
No matter how many times I judge board game for iPhone based on first appearances, and no matter how many times I am proven to be too hasty in forming an opinion, I just never seem to learn! This was suprisingly one of the more enjoyable board game apps for iPhone that I have played.
Tip Tap Turn!
If the concept of Tip Tap Overlap: Brain Teaser meets Tic Tac Toe! seems a little esoteric when you first start playing, you’ll be pleased to know that there is a Getting Started puzzle pack that will, as you might have guessed, get you started with a handful of basic tutorial stages.
Best iphone and ipad apps
Once you’ve played through these and you’ve got the basic rules of the game under your belt, it’s time to move on to some of the real challenges that await you. There are three free and increasingly difficult puzzle packs to choose from, with more available for download via in-app purchase.
I would recommend playing them in sequence, starting with “Regular 3x3 XOs,” before moving onto its 4 x 4 and 5 x 5 counterparts which feature larger grids to stretch your gray matter even further.
Enjoy Hundreds of Challenging Puzzles
The concept of the game is very simple. A typical tic tac toe board is displayed in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and you are given four grids underneath which must be flipped and rotated until the composite grid in the top-left corner matches up with the gold one beside it.
I’m probably doing a terrible job of explaining how to play this game, but suffice to say, it is a very simple concept, and the developer has done a fantastic job with the Getting Started puzzle pack. You’ll be up to speed within a few brief minutes.
If you should get stuck at any point, you can tap the light bulb in the top-right corner in order to receive a hint. Hints take the form of a letter ‘F’ which is displayed on your moveable grids, enabling you to simply rotate the ‘F’ so that it is the right way up. This provides a partial solution to the puzzle as a whole.
