Sygic GPS Navigation app review: never get lost again
Introduction
There's no need to purchase a fancy GPS unit in order to help you with navigation when instead you could download the Sygic GPS Navigation app. This is in fact one of the most downloaded offline navigation apps in the entire world as it covers all regions. The app offers free map updates, offline capabilities, and the maps are all high quality and reliable. It allows you to drive without ever having to worry about getting lost.

Lots to Boast About
There are plenty of navigation apps available but finding ones with offline capabilities can be tricky. The way this version of the app works is that you are given seven days’ worth of free turn-by-turn guided navigation, junction view, and dynamic lane guidance. After the seven days are up you can keep the voice-guided navigation with an in-app purchase.

You'll get a number of maps included, 111 countries in total, all of which are high-quality. The maps use GPS navigation rather than the Internet. There are always free updates that include speed camera information, points of interests, and maps. The graphics have all been optimized for Retina display so you can expect high-quality views. There is also car audio integration (cable or Bluetooth).
Additional Features
There is a lot to cover in this app when it comes to features, so it's really no wonder it is as popular as it is. It should be noted that it is available in a massive selection of languages so you should have no trouble finding the one you want.

Touching upon some of the standout features, the app provides you with spoken street names. This is important as it allows you to focus on the road without having to glance to your device for directions. You will also be given ways to avoid a roadblock or toll roads, and it even suggests alternate routes in case you aren't happy with the first one suggested.
The Junction View is a great feature because it allows you to view intersections so you can understand how they'll look. Often the lane you are in matters for your directions, which is exactly why there is dynamic lane guidance advising you of which lane you should travel. The 3D views of cities is perfect when you're driving around, as is the pedestrian navigation. And as a little added bonus there is a stopwatch and compass built right in.

Final Thoughts
The Sygic GPS Navigation app can certainly keep you on track and headed in the right direction. I like the fact that it offers voice-guided directions and has offline capabilities. I do think there are an awful lot of in-app purchases in order to access all the features but the convenience of this system is often worth it.
