This app offers a number of different meditations however the majority of them require an in-app purchase. These meditations range from $0.99 to $1.99. When you look at what they can help you achieve this seems like a relatively small price to pay.

When launching the app the first time it is rather slow to load, it seems to be better after that initial launch. It gives you a brief introductions of what the features are and where they are located, saving you time and hassle from having to figure it out on your own.

There are a few customization features such as being able to change the color of the background, however when I did this I wasn’t able to get back to the main menu and had to actually leave the app and come back into it.
Tap on one of the free meditations to read about what it is, what it is meant to achieve, and an inspirational quote. You will also see the length of time of the actual meditation. Tap on the play button when you are ready to begin, sit back and relax, and allow your mind to relax.
There are nature sounds and soft music playing in the background but there is something about the narrator’s voice that seems a bit jarring.

The Guided Mind app provides you with a couple of meditations you can do at home or any place that will help you relax, focus your mind, and just feel more balanced. I think the offerings are pretty thin here and there aren’t really any features that feel fresh or unique.
