Well first off there are no elves, Santa, reindeer, snowmen, or any other Christmas-related character to be seen. Instead you will be able to enjoy Christmas with your own talking Gremlin named Zip who will literally repeat everything you say to him.

 

Using the App

Launch the app to begin your experience. You will find Zip standing in front of you anxiously awaiting to hear your words. Simply speak into your iPad and he will repeat what you said in a super cute and super hilarious voice. Of course this is plenty of fun but there is more that Zip can do.

If you want to see Zip laugh just tickle him. You can also have a little fun with Zip by fighting with him, waving at him, and plenty more. He will react with all kinds of hilarious actions; just watch out because if you annoy him you're in for a true Gremlin response.

The app is very intuitive and the controls all work well. I also find that the app picks up what you say very clearly. What’s cool is that the more you use it, the more likely you will receive updates in the future. I actually made the mistake of showing the app to my son who now refuses to give my device back to me because it is so addictive and fun.
