An Unfortunate User Experience

I want to give this app a fair chance but I'm afraid it offers disappointment after disappointment. It constantly crashes on me, feels very dated, and just doesn’t feel like an offering that gives you what you want and need. Maybe it used to but it doesn’t feel that way anymore.

The customer comments are all glowing but I have a strong suspicion that these comments are older from when the app was originally released and would have felt very current and cool at the time.

Use the navigation bar along the bottom of the screen to view clips, videos, archives, and get back to your home screen. The content is extremely slow to load but at least it is current. Tap on the podcast that appeals to you and listen to it in the app, or view the full podcast in the browser.

I really think with some improvements and enhancements made to the user interface this app would get the injection of life it needs and be a smoother, faster, and more enjoyable experience for users.
