Relax & Rest Guided Meditations isn’t the most advanced of meditation or relaxation apps for iPhone and iPad that I’ve come across in the Health & Fitness category of the App Store, but it is definitely not the worst I’ve seen.
I think you’ll find the sessions in this app to be more than adequate to help you relax at the end of a long day and really lower your stress levels.
