This is a great app for your iPhone and iPad that enables you to set up an unlimited number of world clocks, displaying the local time for locations all around the globe and offering you the ability to set up alarm clocks across multiple time zones for organizing even the most convoluted of schedules.

I really like the idea behind this app and although I’ve seen countless bedside and alarm clock apps, this is first one I’ve ever seen that offers cross-time zone functionality for the busy, busy frequent flyer who is always traveling on business.

Of course you can also use this app for personal purposes, and there are loads of extra tidbits such as customizable visual themes that should help you get even more out of it. All of this and more for only a couple of bucks; sounds like a good deal to me!

World Clock Pro is designed for those of you who either travel to a lot of different time zones on a regular basis or participate in conference calls with people around the world. Either way, if you have a schedule which crosses multiple time zones then you’ll definitely benefit from using this app.

I really like the World Map View which features a real-time daylight shadow, seasonal changes, and the ability to switch between a few different map designs with various nuggets of information. This provides a perfect overview of the different regions, but the Comparison View is where this app really shines in my opinion.

 

Check Your Schedule for Time Zone Clashes

With the Comparison View you can clearly see all of your different tasks and appointments via the alarms you’ve set up, with details of all the different time zones so you can make sure no parts of your schedule are going to clash.

As I mentioned above, you can also customize the appearance of the interface by choosing from a variety of different visual themes, each a little prettier than the last. You can also toggle between a 12-hour and 24-hour time format if required.
