buddhify 2 app review: mindfulness for the 21st Century-2021

Reviews

Introduction

The buddhify 2 app is no longer in iTunes but, you can continue reading our Meditation app review and then check out our best meditation apps for more great options.

The best iPhone apps for nutrition

If we could all just become a little more mindful in our day-to-day interactions there would probably be far less conflict between people, not to mention general stress! This iPhone and iPad mindfulness app is designed specifically to help you develop a whole new kind of focus and mindfulness to boost your happiness and destroy your stress levels.

It’s funny, I’ve seen the title of this app for meditation come up a number of times while online but I’ve never actually taken the time to check it out because I assumed it would be just another generic relaxation and meditation app. I wasn’t definitely mistaken in thinking that!

This is a rather unique development that features a gorgeous interface and a very impressive amount of high-quality content that, providing you’re consistent in your practices, should certainly help you to become more mindful, and ultimately happier in general. So give it a try and meditate with this app.

Buddhify Your Mind

buddhify 2 is, in its most basic form, a collection of a little over 40 guided meditation tracks. Each of these tracks is designed for a specific situation or location, and you’ll find titles such as Working Online, Feeling Stressed, Eating, Traveling, Waking Up, and loads more.

The meditations range in length from five to 20 minutes, so you can also choose a track based on how much time you’ve got on your hands, although there is a meditation timer you can use to promptly end a session if you prefer.

Keep an Ongoing Record of Your Mindfulness

Instead of just leaving you to your own devices with a bunch of generic tracks, the developer has also included a check-in system which can be used to build up a collection of stats so that you can see how well you’re progressing in developing your focus and mindfulness.

This app appears to have application in the lives of a great diversity of people, ranging from college students to entrepreneurs and business executives, so if you’re feeling chronically stressed or are just looking for a cool ‘lifehack’ then I would definitely recommend checking out buddhify 2.
