EUROVISION Sports Live App Review : an unfortunate name for an app that offers live sports streaming
Introduction
I sometimes get really confused about the naming of certain apps. If you, for example, call your app MTV one would think it’s connected somehow to the Music Television company? This can be completely the opposite sometimes as there are apps that really chose their name badly. This is also the case with the app I am reviewing today. The app is called EUROVISION Sports Live app and anyone in Europe will know that Eurovision is also the name of the biggest international song contest in the world. This live sports app however is aiming exactly to the opposite market as they offer live sports streaming. The app, developed by EUROVISION, is compatible with both iPad and iPhone and is roughly 2.7 MB. Internet is required to use the app, but it’s completely free of charge.

What does the app have to offer?
Let me say it again. This app does not give you access to all the music from the latest portion of the Eurovision song contest. What this app does offer is almost unlimited access to video content about the world’s sports. Of course the biggest sports like Football, Tennis, and Basketball aren’t available, as there are many other apps for that, but any other less popular sport is available to stream from the app. Most of these streams are free, while there are some videos marked as premium content and you will have to pay for these. All the rights to these videos are held by Sports Federations and Rights Holders and are geo protected, meaning you might not be able to watch some videos due to your location.

Channels and video storage
All the content in the app is divided into channels. This really helps the organization of the app and helps you to find what you are looking for in a quick and easy way. If you have found a live stream or video of highlights, you can mark them as favorites and even store them on your device for later viewing. This of course is a fantastic option and something that all video apps should have. Lastly you can use Airplay to watch these videos on your TV at home, making full use of what Apple has to offer

- No access to the major sports of the world

Conclusion
If you’re not into sports that are the most popular in the world, this app might be great for you to get your fix for the second tier sports that ESPN and Eurosport might not cover on a daily basis. Content is great, there is a lot of it and most of it is free. The app works perfectly on both iPad and iPhone and it's only 2.7 MB, without any downloaded files. You should get this app straight away if you like sports!
