I really like the idea behind this app because a lot of people do far better with short-term goals rather than having to think about a period of many months. This seems to be especially true of beginners rather than more advanced trainees.

I find it unlikely that all 20 of the challenges will appeal to you, but you’re sure to enjoy some of them and there are loads of tracking and sharing tools so that you can keep a detailed log of your progress and then let the world know about your achievements.
