Weather - Local Forecasts and Alerts is an iPad app that has a ton of frat features. I'm a bit of a weather geek, so I love that I can personalize the background, the layout, that it rotates from portrait to landscape, and much more!

So Much More Than Standard
Weather - Local Forecasts and Alerts is awesome. I hadn’t found a weather app that does it all as comprehensively as this app, so I've been walking around with three or more weather apps on my phone! This is the only one on my iPad, and it's a keeper!
I love this app because it uses your location via WiFi to set your weather. You can also add multiple cities to check the weather all over the world if you travel or like to see what the weather is like for friends and family. I do, and I love to compare!
Unlike a lot of weather apps, this one has a notification count option that tells you the current temperature in the nice red bubble. It cannot out the negative sign due to iOS limitations, however you can set it to notify you via a badge of pop up when the temperature goes below 0.
Another great feature is that it has the youth forecast and the weekly forecast right there. There's no screen change needed to find them!
Extra Juicy Settings
Weather - Local Forecasts and Alerts has a lot of extra settings to personalize! As I briefly mentioned, you can change the background image, and there are four information settings that in less more or less information.
I accidentally clicked on the clock, yes a built-in clock, and found an alarm! You can set this up as your bedside table and it will notify you in the morning of the daily forecast. Don't want notifications at night? You can set that too! There are seriously a lot of extras packed in here!
If you are a weather geek like me, then you like to share the day's weather sometimes. That's built-in too, with six, yes six sharing options! I seriously love this app!

Weather - Local Forecasts and Alerts is an iPad weather app that is seriously awesome, powerful, and comprehensive. It has so much packed in, it's hard to believe that it's free! This is definitely a keeper, and I highly recommend it.
