There is still something to say for the actual physical puzzle pieces though. Having to manipulate them into place, not just drag-and-drop, is a tactile experience and skill.

My six-year-old is past the Chuggington and trains stage, but she does enjoy puzzles. She had fun exploring the stations and especially the dot-to-dots in this games app..
