Fitness Point by Ilya Mosesyan is a free app that has been in the Top 10 in several countries for the last few months.
This health and fitness app will provide you with the opportunity to use ready-made programs or you can create your own. There are 70 exercises available in the free app, or you can make an in-app purchase for another 200. You can choose the exercises you want to do to add to your customized workouts, edit exercise details, or add logs that show the sets, reps, date, notes, and the weight you used.
Exercises in the database are grouped by muscle groups so they’re easy to find.
You can create new workouts, add headers, add exercises to the pre-made workouts, and sort the exercises out the way you want them. You also have the ability to enter your target sets and repetitions.
You can view the logs, edit them, view by month or day, and export as a CSV with an in-app purchase. You can edit any log within the calendar.
Other features include iCloud backup, the ability to change the language for the exercise description and interface, and a video manual for learning unfamiliar moves. You can also choose to show tips that teach you how to use the app. You can share the app through SMS, Twitter, or email.
There are a variety of in-app purchases ranging from $0.99 to $4.99. There’s also an option to buy Fitness Point Pro.
Fitness Point was updated to Version 2.4 on November 5, 2012. The update added some additional exercises, workout plans, and translations. The app is currently available in 11 languages. There are 11 ratings with an average of four out of five ratings. There are currently no feedback comments.
