iRedstone by Matthias Riedel is an app that upgrades your Minecraft experience.

The iRedstone app is chock full of instructional videos, tips, tricks, and ideas for structures and other items that you can build in the game Minecraft. Each step in the instructions for every item has full color pictures and detailed methods for completing the project.

With this app you can learn how to build complex machines, gates, accessories, command blocks, and many more. The Redstone machines will make your Minecraft life so much easier that you will wonder how you ever did without. This app even teaches  you how to create a binary calculator which can perform various calculations for you from within Minecraft.

iRedstone also has a favorites function which allows you to save your most used instructions into a file where you can quickly reference them later. This saves you time later because you won’t have to search through all of the items again to find what you are looking for.

This app was updated to version 6.0 on January 29, 2013 and included a new interface, new landscape models, and optimizations. iRedstone has 22 ratings with an average score of 4.5 stars out of five.

I enjoyed the new level of complexity that this app has added to my Minecraft gameplay. I would never have dreamed of some of the devices they have listed in the instructions contained within this app.
