Sometimes it’s important to record your thoughts or observations and it can be a real pain when don’t have the right app to do that with. Recorder is the definitely the right app for most situations. You can record just about anything with this app.

Create recordings of only a few seconds or even a few hours. You can seek or pause during playback so that you can pick out important facts or take a moment to write things down as you slowly work your way through each memo.

You can also take short messages and share them over email with your friends or family. Create a simple message and send it off to people you know. You can also use WiFi on your device to synchronize your recordings for safe keeping.

Recordings are done in high quality 44.1k sound and there are level meters that can be used to adjust the overall sound. There are also dozens of other features that make this app super useful. One of those amazing features is the ability to record outgoing calls. This allows you to create a record of your phone calls for later use.

Recorder has been updated to Version 10.6.2 as of October 12, 2011 and included compatibility updates. There have been six reviews for the current version with an average score of one star out of five.

This app requires that you must buy time from a recording company to use the outgoing call recorder which is not really mentioned until you try to use it. I definitely find this to take away from the apps usefulness.
