The free version lets you track one person's mobile device and track their movements over the last day. If you purchase the upgrade you’ll be able to track and follow up to 10 devices at once. You can also track their movements over the past three days.

It should be noted that this does use quite a bit of your mobile's battery life since it's using the GPS at all times. As well the person you are tracking needs to also have the app installed and grant you permission to track him/her.
