Full Fitness by Mehrdad Mehrain is an aid to getting yourself into shape.
Being fit requires a lot of hard work and dedication as well as the right tools to aid yourself in accomplishing the goals you have set for yourself. Full Fitness is packed with tools and videos and tips that will keep you motivated and moving in the right direction.
Hiring a personal trainer can be very expensive, however having Full Fitness is like having a personal trainer in that you get detailed workouts and comprehensive exercise instructions. For each technique you get a compliment of images showing each step of an exercise with full text descriptions of the proper form and how to get the most effective results.
You can use the workout builder to construct your workouts for each gym day. If anything is missing from the list of exercises you can add your own in. You can also track your progress as you work out each week so that you get a real time presentation of the results which will help to you motivate you.
Also included are more than 30 routines carefully crafted by expert fitness instructors to help you get started without all the guessing about which exercises to start with and how to build your own routine. There is also an equipment free workout routine that lets you keep up your hard work even when you can’t get to a gym.
Full Fitness was last updated to Version 1.7 on March 12, 2013 and included several new routines. There have been 40 ratings for this app so far with an average score of 4.5 out of five stars.
I found this app to be packed full of great features. It has a complete calorie counter, routine builder, it teaches proper technique, everything you need to get yourself started.
