Open Word Processor by Appsverse Inc. is an app that offers the functionality of a desktop office suite with the convenience of being handheld on your iPad.
With this app you can: create and edit Microsoft Office 2007-2010 documents; create and edit OpenOffice or .odt documents; and make use of online file management services such as Google Drive, Google Docs, and Dropbox.
This app boasts all of the usual features you would expect from a word processor, such as spelling and grammar checking, headers, footers, comments, text highlighting, and word or character counts. You can also take advantage of a large variety of fonts, zoom in and out of your documents, and create tables with features such as insertion, merging, and splitting of cells.
Open Word Processor was updated to Version 2.2 on May 16, 2013. The update fixed a few bugs and issues.The current version has a total of 19 customer ratings with an average rating of four out of five stars. Feedback comments have been positive so far.
