Introduction
Lung Function Test by Audrian Dcosta is a health and fitness app meant to help you determine the state of your lungs. The app uses a special test to measure the strength of your lungs and then gives you tips and guides to help you keep your lungs healthy and strong. The app was updated on May 2, 2013 and is available in English.
User Experience
Right from the launch of the app users will appreciate just how simple it is to navigate the app and use the tests. The app works like a spirometer on your device and actually uses artificial intelligence to measure the strength of your lungs.
You'll use the app by blowing air into the microphone so you can then get a reading. The results are immediate and the test itself takes just seconds.

Features
There are three different tests within the app that you can take to test the strength of your lungs. There is the balloon test where you need to blow a balloon until it burst. The faster you're able to blow the balloon, the better your result. The lung meter requires you to blow as hard as you can to measure your lung power. Then there is the stability test that requires you to keep the bubble at the top by blowing air constantly.
You can use this app to measure the power and strength of your lungs, and you can also perform the tests as exercises to help increase the power of your lungs. You can share your readings through Twitter and Facebook and all readings are given as percentage values.
The tests themselves are based on real instruments that would be used to measure the lungs. Of course it should be noted while this app can give you some very good results it's not meant to be seen as an actual medical device. It is to be used for entertainment purposes only.

Personal Comments by Reviewer
I really liked the entertainment value behind this app. I wouldn't say it can be used as a definitive answer to the state of your lungs; however, it can give you a general idea. If your lung health is particularly low it can act as a tip-off to work on it and get in to see your doctor. I liked the tips and guides that were given about lung health and the fact that you could use the tests as exercises to strengthen your lungs.
