Update Info

The Night Sky Lite is currently running on Version 1.9.10.

The latest update included various minor bug fixes and improvements to the accuracy of the app. The update also included the addition of a simple button you can press to restore your in-app purchases free of charge if you change devices or reinstall The Night Sky Lite.

The update also added a feature enabling you to share the sky with friends and family online via Facebook, Twitter, and email.

This app really delivers on all of its promises, wonderfully utilizing the iOS GPS, compass, and location services to provide a fascinating array of astronomical information.

I have a huge interest in astronomy so I may be a little biased towards The Night Sky Lite; in any case, I’m thoroughly enjoying using it so far and I’m yet to identify any glaring flaws or faults. It might just be the best stargazing app for iPad and iPhone users.
