The search through the database tends to be a bit slow after entering in your criteria but that’s only because you’re usually given a large amount of results.

Features of this app include being able to search through national MLS listings and then compare the homes for sale. In this search you can set all the criteria that matters to you such as the location, property type, square footage, price range, and more. At that point the app searches the database to give you all the active listings that match your criteria. For those that catch your eye you can save them to your favorites so you can check back on them.

After marking a listing as your favorite you can add comments, videos, photos, and audio notes to help you remember aspects about the property. All of this information is saved in your own personal home journal. But it's not just about finding the perfect home; it's also about helping you figure out the financing. Version 2.0 featured a number of enhancements, updates, and improvements. These included new builds and foreclosure listing flags, tax and property history information, information about the lifestyle and neighborhood, a map layer that shows nearby schools/dining/shopping/recreation, and keyword search options. The update also included many other great enhancements.
