Introduction
That Monsters Game is a colorful and very flamboyant puzzle game which will have you connecting three or more monsters of the same color with an electrical current to blast them away and clear the laboratory. There are loads of exciting features and bonus content to make things even more interesting.
This game basically involves swiping your finger along rows of corresponding monsters to shock them into oblivion. I found the basic game mechanics becoming pretty uninteresting rather quickly, but I imagine that this game may appeal to fans of Candy Crush Saga, especially with the more progressive elements in the form of experience points and Facebook integration.
I've Created a Monster!
One thing which caught my attention when I first started up this app is that the graphics are very nicely refined and have a polished cartoon-y appearance to them with a sort of “bouncy” theme which I think really compliments the fun game play style nicely.
Professor Marty will help you get up to speed by giving you a full step-by-step tutorial of the game mechanics and the various features, and he’ll be popping in from time to time as you progress through the stages and unlock various bonuses.
Bonuses and Facebook Integration
Once you’ve played a few games you’ll gain access to the Lab Kit where Professor Marty will explain how you can use the coins you collect while in-game to purchase boosts that will help you rack up higher scores. These bonuses can help in a variety of ways, from helping you destroy monsters more easily to giving you time bonuses.
After the amazing success of Candy Crush Saga, we can clearly see how Facebook integration is a must for a game such as this, so I’m glad to see that the developer has included single-tap Facebook registration. This allows you to easily challenge your friends and family online as well as boasting about your latest crazy high scores.
All in all, this is a very entertaining game which has a pretty reasonable difficulty curve, making it suitable for kids, adults, and monsters of all shapes and sizes!

It's Alive!
Since the days of games like Bust a Move, and even further back to games like Columns, the match-three-colors-in-a-row style of puzzle game has arguably become quite tired and outdated from having been done and redone so many countless times.
Despite this, I think there is still potential for originality - or at least novelty - in this genre of games, and there is definitely a huge demand for it.
That Monsters Game, or maybe I should say this monsters game, is sure to keep many people occupied for a long, long time, and with the amount of detail that has gone into it, I’m confident that it will only grow further as new updates are released.
