Introduction
This is an absolute must-have iPhone beauty app for the ladies out there who want to know the very latest in beauty and style tips, with articles, photos, product reviews, and even an online shopping feature where you can order high-quality beauty products from the palm of your hand.
Straight away, I’m going to warn you: this beauty app is likely going to result in you or your partner spending a load of money on some very desirable makeup, hair care, and skin care products, so watch where your significant other goes with that credit card!

Beautylicious!
In all seriousness, I think this app is incredibly well put together and there is a vast wealth of great content on here covering all manner of topics from the best skin care products to use, to exercise and nutrition tips to keep you looking your very best year-round.
The videos section is just as chock full of golden nuggets of beauty wisdom, with loads of tutorials and beauty tips to help you style your hair, skin, nails, and achieve a professional salon look with very little difficulty.
I’m also glad to see a social aspect added to Beautylish: updates from other users are presented in a news feed format and you can post comments, send them a Like in the form of a heart, and even attach pictures to your comments to really bring your interaction to life.
Features
The best, and probably most dangerous part of this app is the Shop section, which is where you’ll find a dazzling array of nail polish, lipstick, eye shadow, moisturizers, and much, much more.
All in all, I think this is a very solid app with tons of awesome content, and if it weren’t for the shopping feature, I imagine Beautylish wouldn’t be available as a free app simply because of the sheer volume of content contributed in the form of editorials and posts from other users.

Final Words
As a young male I don’t think I’m part of the target demographic for Beautylish, but I know a good app when I see one, and this is definitely a shining example of a professionally developed app with a fantastic production and editorial team behind the scenes.
Beautylish could almost be looked at as the Facebook or Twitter of health and beauty for women, owing largely to the social aspects, but even without that, I think this is a great resource for reading and watching, or even just doing a little window shopping.
But let’s face it; it’s never just window shopping, is it!
