For the pretty impressive hurricane tracker, you pay an extra  $2.99. So to quickly see what weather is coming to your region, simply start up the app and it automatically locates your position, and using animated graphics, shows you what kind of weather is heading your way. You can also search additional locations of the so-far 48 states included, with the standard pinch-to-zoom, working in both portrait and landscape. For regions which experience serous weather conditions, you can opt for push notifications to get up-to the-minute weather warnings. With fast accurate feeds, the retina interface on the iPad enables you to pinpoint exact locations. Reviews from the so far 31,000+ ratings are extremely positive and with no bugs or crashes to report. The interface allows you various screen options.   You can zoom in and out from state to region to a complete overview of North America, depicting the oncoming weather patterns. You also get a weekly outlook, which is as accurate as any forecast channel on TV.
