Pocket for iPad app review
Pocket
Price: Free
Pocket by Idea Shower helps you keep track of items on your iPad that you want to go back to and review at a later date.
How many times have you come across a web page that looked interesting, an article you want to read, a recipe you'd like to try, a video you want to watch, but now just isn't the best time? This app gives you a way to mark those items by putting them in the Pocket so you can read/watch/listen to them at a later more convenient time.
Once you've put an item in your Pocket it will automatically be synced across all your devices including your computer, so that you really can check it out whenever you want. What's great is when you do get around to having time for it you won't need an Internet connection.
You will be able to easily and quickly save this content from your web browser or even in other apps and then store it in a universal list. You can save items directly from more than 300 apps such as Pulse, Twitter, Zite, and Flipboard. When you are ready to view the items they are displayed in a very easy-to-view layout so that the readability is improved and even the watchability.
Pocket was updated on Mar. 20, 2013 and currently has 900 customer ratings with an average rating of five out of five stars.
This app was absolutely terrific at keeping track of things I wanted to check out at a more convenient time. I liked that I could save not only items from my browser but even from other apps. Being able to then view things without an Internet connection was just the icing on the cake.
