Customer feedback has generally been quite mixed, with user commenting that they have been using Rebtel for four years with absolutely no complaints, and another user remarking that that he or she is incredibly disappointed with dropped calls and still being charged.
Despite one user’s negative comment, my three minutes free I got for signing up went really well. It's not the best iPhone app for free international phone calls but it's an option to consider.
I’m not quite sure how to buy more credits, since there’s no obvious in-app purchases and nowhere to input my credit card information within the app. Even the website isn’t much help.
