Reviews

Introduction

The If you're happy and you know it app for children acts as an entire activity center providing kids with a multitude of activities that are meant to be fun, entertaining, and most importantly, educational. Parents can feel good knowing their children will be kept busy in a productive way with this app.

Put an End to Boredom

If you’re tired of hearing “I’m bored” or watching your kids play with mindless games and apps, then it’s time to start checking out the many educational apps meant specifically for kids. This app is a wonderful example of combining fun, fabulous graphics, and entertaining sounds, with a strong focus on education and learning.

In this app kids will have nine different games to play. The free version gives them access to each of these games but only the first level or two. To unlock all the levels you'll need to purchase the full version of the app which is available for $1.99. I have to say after giving all the games a try I am impressed enough to feel the price tag is fully worth it.

I like that even though this is the free version your kids can try out each of the games. This is a great way to “try before you buy,” if you will, and see how well your kids respond to the games and the user interface. My son has been enjoying this one so much that I foresee a purchase of the full version in the very near future.

No Shortage of Fun

This app has so many positive elements going for it that it's hard to touch on all of them. The games include Mix and Match, Animal Math, a sing along, the Peekaboo Forest, the Magical Animal Kingdom, puzzles, a coloring book, and more. Each of these games is packed full of fabulous sound effects, beautiful graphics, engaging game play, and an educational twist.

The developer states that the app is meant for kids four years of age and older but I think younger kids can still benefit from it. They might not be able to play the activities on their own but a parent can certainly help them and so children can learn a variety of skills in the process. It’s really never too early to introduce the basic skills that this app focuses on.
