Pinterest by Pinterest, Inc. allows you to collect, plan, organize and share things you like and that give you inspiration.
Turn your iPad into a source of beauty thanks to the Pinterest app that lets you "pin" pictures from anywhere on the web. Perhaps it is interior decor ideas, clothing trends, artwork, books, movie posters, food presentation, or gardens that caught your eye. Whatever sparked your interest visually you can now save on your mobile device.
What’s great is that you can take it with you shopping to compare items in the store those you’ve pinned, to the garden center to show the sales rep exactly what you’re trying to achieve, or as you shop for books and you don’t need to remember all the titles of the books you want to look at.
You can even check out other boards and pins that other people have pinned that might be inspirational or interesting to you as well.
You can also pin images with your camera, snapping your own photos.
This new version has fixed a number of bug issues including a fix for the iPad rotation. As well you can now report or block users and make up to three private boards and edit them straight from your iPad.
Pinterest was updated on Nov. 20, 2012 and has 156,397 reviews with an average rating of five out of five stars.
I found it really interesting that once you have this app you find a seemingly endless amount of things to pin and share. It becomes quite addictive after a very short time.
