Moxtra by Moxtra, Inc. is all about managing, sharing, and presenting your events, projects, partiesm trips, and files straight from your iPad.

Features of this app include being able to present your projects in many different formats. The app uses high-quality viewing for Word, MS PPT, and Excel files. You can even record your voice and annotations for the top of your pages. Use this feature to also create a video story.

If you enlist the Private Group Share feature you'll be able to discuss and collaborate with others on your event/party/project so that everyone can see what's going on. The app is integrated with Facebook, Dropbox, Youtube, and Box. There are real-time meeting options so you can use VoIP to present your photos, docs, music, and video.

So why use this app? Well there are all kinds of ways it can come in handy such as your art portfolio, photo albums, trip arrangement, party planning, life's stories, school projects, recipe collection, home remodeling, and wedding planning. The sky's the limit here.

There are also business applications for it as well as you can use it for training, sales presentations, engineering design planning, marketing collateral, and project management.

I really liked how many practical uses there were with this app, not only that but I found it very user-friendly and smooth. I found the group sharing to be perhaps the most useful feature.
